Fizupay makes travel and services more accessible! You can book now and pay in installments over time with instant-approval payment plans, no credit checks, and no interest rates. We're here to help you enjoy debt-free travel.
Right after you create a payment plan, we'll send you a Payment Plan Confirmation email. It includes your payment schedule, travel details, and ways to contact our team. Your payments will be automatically charged to the card on file on each scheduled payment date. We'll send you payment reminders and payment status emails to keep you informed!
Once you make the final payment, we'll send you a Payment Plan Completed email. This email includes the confirmation codes you'll need to access and manage your travel bookings directly with the travel providers.
Life happens, we understand! Fizupay gives you a short grace period so you can catch up on any missed payments, and we'll send email reminders to help keep you on track. However, due to the unique nature of our product, if payment isn't received by the end of the grace period, the payment plan will be automatically cancelled and no refunds will be available.
To catch up on your missed payments, go to Manage My Payment Plan, enter your Plan ID and Last Name, and you'll see the option to pay the outstanding payments.
Absolutely! To make an early payment, go to Manage My Payment Plan, enter your Plan ID and Last Name, and you'll see the option to pay ahead of schedule.
To update the card on file, go to Manage My Payment Plan, enter your Plan ID and Last Name, and select the option to change your payment card.
You can cancel your payment plan anytime by contacting us. Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our product, we can't offer any refunds. If your booking is cancelled by the provider, we'll pass to you the refund options the provider offers.
The frequency of your payments is locked in at the moment of creating the payment plan and can't be changed. If you'd like to pay early, you may do so anytime in the Manage My Payment Plan page. If you wish to change the travel booking associated with your plan, please complete your payments and then contact the travel provider directly.
